The Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-Owners

The Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-Owners is the Village Condos homeowners’ association. Managed by a board consisting of at least three Board of Directors, the Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-Owners is the entity responsible for the operation, care, upkeep and maintenance of all of the areas that are the Village Condominium Council of Co-Owners responsibility.
 

Every year an election is held for term-ending Village Board of Directors. Individuals are elected to serve one-year terms. Election of officers takes place at the first meeting of the Board of Directors, following each annual meeting.
