Thank you for using the Anthem Community Council graffiti and vandalism online tip form. This online form provides an easy way for residents to provide information about graffiti and vandalism that has occurred in the community. Please provide as much detailed information as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Call 911 if graffiti or vandalism is in progress. If you witnessed the graffiti or vandalism, please contact the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) at 623-876-1011 (East side of Anthem) or the Phoenix Police Department at 602-262-6151 (West side of Anthem).
