This Committee’s mission is to make policy recommendations to the ACC Board of Directors that will provide financial benefit to the greater good of the Anthem community. The Fiscal and Resource Management Committee membership should contain residents that have experience and expertise in management, accounting, finance, investments, and/or insurance.

2012 Work Program

Community Planning and Development Committee

This committee shall study and recommend policies relating to development and enhancement of Council amenities that benefit the community and shall provide advice and recommendations to the Council on strategic, long-term, and short-term planning matters. It is preferred that the Community Planning and Development Committee contain residents that have experience and expertise in community planning, program development, facility management, and/or leisure services.

Economic Development and Marketing Committee

This Committee shall study and recommend policies relating to promotion of economic development in Anthem in order to promote Anthem as the “hub of the north valley,” a place to “live, work, and play;” enhance property values; and promote a positive image of the community. It is preferred that members of this Committee have expertise in the areas of marketing, business development, real estate, public relations, and economic development.

Public Safety Committee

This committee shall study and recommend policies relating to public health and safety for the residents and property owners of Anthem. It is preferred that members of this Committee have experience in law enforcement, security, emergency planning and response, fire prevention, or public health.

The Utilities Panel is an independent group of volunteer residents operating under the overall direction of the ACC Board of Directors.

Committee Charter

Non-Residential Properties Committee

This Committee shall study and recommend policies in recognition and support of Anthem businesses and commercial property owners. The Committee may consist of residents and non-residents who are business and commercial property owners in Anthem. The Committee will encourage the participation of all business sectors in the community.
