Anthem Community Council Board of Directors

 

Anthem is governed by a seven member Council. Every year an election is held for term-ending Council seats. Individuals are elected to serve three-year terms. All Council members serve the Anthem community at-large.

The President is the presiding officer at all meetings of the Council and in his/her absence, the Vice President. Each April, the Council selects one of its members as President, one as Vice President, and others as Secretary and Treasurer.

Mission:
The mission of the Anthem Community Council is to establish and maintain a governing structure which will preserve, protect and enhance the plans, policies, infrastructure and resources needed to support a sense of community, ensure sound economic development, and promote a quality of life for all Anthem residents.

Vision:
The Anthem Community Council (ACC) shall be a catalyst for the creation of community enhancement structures and programs while developing partnerships and programs with surrounding areas that enhance the region for the greater good of Anthem residents and business development. The ACC will encourage inclusiveness and interaction between and among Anthem residents and generate, enhance, and preserve a genuine sense of community. It will be a resource of social trust, norms, and support systems that citizens can draw upon to advance common objectives.
