At the Anthem Parkside Community Association Board of Directors Executive Session on Thursday, August 18, 2011, the Board authorized staff to begin enforcing violations of the street parking restrictions for cars associated with student parking in the Mojave and Jubilation neighborhoods. Parking on the street within the Parkside community is strictly prohibited. Enforcement will only impact students parking on the streets in the neighborhoods of Parkside who are residents of Anthem.

Parking violations may result in enforcement letters and/or fines. Fines begin at $25 and can escalate to $100. If you are a parent with a child currently parking on the street during school hours, please make them aware of the following student parking options at a low or no cost option.

  • Fellowship Church, 39905 N. Gavilan Peak Parkway.
  • Boulder Creek High School has 445 student parking spaces for a nominal $40 per year fee available to seniors, juniors and sophomores.

It is the commitment of the Parkside Community Association to protect the integrity of the property value of all homes within the Anthem Parkside Community. In the past, student parking along residential streets has caused a continued interruption in mail delivery and trash pick-up for those residents living in the area. We appreciate your cooperation in showing the respect deserved to your neighbors by allowing them to peacefully enjoy the street where they live. Please be courteous and utilize the parking locations available to students.
