If your business is located in an Anthem Commercial Dues Paying Property*, please complete the online business registration form.

If your business is a Home-based Business AND is located within one of the Anthem HOAs (Parkside, Country Club, Village Condos), please download the home-based business registration form.

*Please note: Businesses located outside of Anthem will not be considered for the Anthem business directory. If your business is not located on Anthem Commercial Dues Paying Property, but is located in Anthem, please complete the Home-Based Business Registration Form.
